What data we process

Sample requests: your name, company, work email, phone, number and type of machines you service, the samples you ask for, the shipping address and your message.
Correspondence: what you send us by email, phone or LinkedIn.
Technical data: when you open this site your browser sends your IP address, browser type and the time of the request to the server that delivers the site.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

To send samples, call you to agree the test and answer your request: steps taken at your request before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To follow up with business contacts about our products: our legitimate interest in B2B communication, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time.
To keep invoices and business records: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Analytics cookies, if we use them: only with your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. See the cookie policy.

Who receives your data

Courier and postal services, to deliver samples (name, company, address, phone).
Service providers that support us, for example with hosting, email and handling requests. They process data only on our instructions.

We do not sell your data. Fonts and all other files of this site are served from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or similar services.

How long we keep it

Sample requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Invoices and accounting records: as long as Slovenian law requires.
